Return & Refund Policy

At Fluxer, returns are accepted within seven days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. No restocking fees apply. Items sold as final sale are not eligible for return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within seven days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, and will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. This seven-day return policy is in addition to any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
